Affordable rates for your RV adventure
At Rockett RV Ranch, we proudly offer a discount to show our appreciation for those who serve and those who have reached their golden years. This discount applies to active or retired US military personnel, first responders (fire, police, EMT), seniors aged 65 and above, and dedicated teachers. Please note that only one discount can be applied, and valid proof must be provided.
To secure your reservation at Rockett RV Ranch, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on or before your arrival date. It's important to keep in mind that all rates are calculated based on full-term stays, and payment must be made in advance. Please note that rates cannot be prorated.

Monthly Rate Details
Base Rate: $685.00 for 1 or 2 people and metered electricity charged at the prevailing rate for actual usage
Electricity Deposit: $125.00 deposit is required for all monthly reservations
Additional Person: $20.00 for each additional person 5 years or older
Occupancy: 6 person maximum occupancy for families
Pets: Maximum of 2 pets without prior approval and all pets must be non-aggressive
Important Notes
- • Pop up units are not allowed on a monthly basis.
- • Background checks performed on extended stay guests.
